Pet Spending Projected to Top $50 Billion |

U.S. pet owners are forcasted to spend more than $40 Billion in 2007 and more than $50 Billion by the end of the decade, according to the American Pet Products Manufacturers Association, (APPMA) 2007.

The $50 Billion would be 30 percent more than the $38.5 Billion than pet owners spent in 2006, representing an annual growth rate of 7 percent. The organization expects the overall pet market to grow 5.9 percent in 2007! |
